FTFA brings Salem Common the ultimate food truck experience over two days at Salem Common! Popular trucks from the area will serve fan favorites like zesty tacos, delectable whoopie pies, delicious ice cream, and much more!
Salem Food Truck Festival combines some of the best food trucks and craft beer into one incredible event to satisfy all your cravings. This year’s lineup features some of the area’s most beloved food trucks offering fan favorites like grilled cheese sandwiches, poutine, tacos, and more.
A recent arrival to Winston-Salem’s food truck scene, Livin’ Good Pizza serves up exciting pizza combinations like barbeque chicken pizza, cheeseburger pizza, and spinach feta with banana peppers and olives! Find it at Jugg Heads Growlers & Pints downtown Winston-Salem Food Truck Fridays or near Wake Forest University during games at Last Resort.
King Queen Haitian Cuisine offers mouth-watering food like their signature seasoned fried pork and poulet frites, jerk chicken, fried plantains, and more! Look out for them often at Krankies Airstream events in Winston-Salem and other Winston-Salem happenings!
There are plenty of other trucks, such as The Good Egg’s delicious breakfast sandwiches and The Veggie Grill’s vegetarian and vegan food options. Village Juice Company even offers fresh, cold-pressed juice! And don’t forget dessert; Edy’s Ice Cream provides delightful ice cream sundaes crafted with rocket pop, rainbow, and mango ingredients!
Salem Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival Web Four of Salem’s most beloved food trucks will offer fan favorites, including zesty tacos, delectable whoopie pies, gourmet mac n cheese, juicy fall-off-the-bone BBQ, and fried chicken sandwiches, as well as regional and national craft breweries. Enjoy outdoor games like cornhole and Giant Jenga, an exciting bouncy house for children, and live DJ music! And why not dance under an illuminated canopy to dance music!? Plus, don’t miss dancing under a starry sky: dance all night long to live DJ tunes and enjoy face painting for adults.
On September 28-29, Salem celebrated a jam-packed weekend, including the grand opening of its brand-new Peabody Essex Museum and hosting its yearly Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival just a block away. Both events attract crowds hungry and thirsty for delicious bites and refreshing beverages!
Attending the festival is free of charge; however, food and beverage tickets can be purchased beforehand to save money by pre-purchasing specialty ticket packages such as the Beerlovers 3-Pack or Beer 6-Package, which offer savings of $1 per drink compared to on-site prices. People often associate Salem with witches or hauntings. But this city offers much more regarding food – particularly food trucks! From tacos to burgers to ice cream – Salem boasts an incredible food truck scene that convenes for the Salem Food Truck Festival each year to provide all your favorite cuisine.
Attendees of this event can sample delectable food from some of the area’s top food trucks while sipping craft beers and listening to live music. There will also be outdoor games such as cornhole and giant Jenga for guests to enjoy; children will have fun in a bouncy house and face painting session!
Attending this free event requires no parking fee; parking spots can fill quickly. Visitors are strongly encouraged to use public transit, such as the MBTA Commuter Rail and Boston Harbor Cruises’ Salem Ferry; additionally, bringing water with them and wearing comfortable footwear is wise.
Food Truck Festivals of America will host this festival at Salem Common from 11 am – 6 pm, October 1-2. Tickets, including admission and drink tickets, can be found online before the event; special packages provide three or six beer tickets.
